About me:	I was born in Cyprus in 1972, have a brother and my parents are divorced many years ago. They are still together, best friends, both never married again. Probably they are still in love with each other but just could not live together. I was brought up in sports and music. I played table tennis and became Cyprus champion at the age of 8. Then I started playing soccer at one of the legendary team youth league and I became the captain and top scorer at the end of the season. During that time I was also playing basketball in the school team and we won many championship. when I was at high school, I was selected to be the lead singer for our band and we had so many funfair concerts at the school and in one of the competition, I was selected best singer with a song titled No Woman No Cry by Bob Marley. I also loved dancing and I was grown up with Michael Jackson. I did won a dance award too but I just can not hear a good music, especially soul and funk. I just love to dance. Anyway, I started writing songs in English and had my videoclips being published on tv and on radios. This was exciting at the age of 16 and It made me feel different from other people. During this time I carried on playing soccer and basketball and I was very successful and became a very popular man in my country. People call me "chui" just no meaning really, an old friend just said so when we were kids and remained just like that. I like it though because people know me like that straight away. My University life started and i studied Tourism and Hospitality Management for 4 years and graduated with High Honour. At the Uni, I was the captain of the soccer team and carried on singing with such a dream that one day I will record my album. Cyprus is divided into two in 1974, after the war. North and South. The borders are torn down but we lived separately for more than 30 years. I live on the Northern Part and we are not recognized still by Europe, meaning we are still under Embargoes. Anyway, this is a long story, I just wanted to tell you because of these embargoes, I never had the chance to go to Europe and had a chance to show myself what I can do, how I can perform, neither known anyway that could hold my hand and make me work to become world wide singer. Anyway, it was not meant to be. During that time I met with Miss Cyprus and since we were both popular in our country, we became very good friends. Our friendship turned into love and we lived together for more than 6 years and decided to get married in 1996. However, after we got married, things have started to change and it just did not work. We got divorced in 2008 spring. I have no children. Well it is quiet sad but obviously that is my life itself. I moved on my life and I started becoming happier and healthier. Because of my strong personality, responsibility and discipline in life, I came back to life with more success and became the former captain of my team and quit 4 years ago. I have successfully released my album in 2003 titled "Reflections" it is all about my own life, sad and happy moments, all written and music by me. Well this was for me a hobby more than something else because I was at the age of 31 and life was more important for me than singing and playing soccer. I also have been trained as a chef in England for a year so I can cook anything you wish. My work life has been running a traditional restaurant for 5 years, Flight Catering Manager for 2 years, Flight Auditor for 2 years. An Estate Agency Manager for 4 years, now I have a construction company and an estate agency licence myself and I have English partners in the UK. I look after Cyprus part and they look after bringing in clients and marketing. I am quiet happy with what I am earning and I live in a very large penthouse in a place called Nicosia, it is really a business town. However I bought a seafront apartment recently which will be completed next year, probably mid summer. Cyprus has lovely mountains, seas and it is mostly hot hot hot. It is the third largest island in the Mediterranean. The people are lovely here, very hospitable, friendly, although we are Muslim, we do not really practice it. We have grown up in British Colony, so people are very modern here, they do drink alcohol, they do smoke, they do wear mini dresses and sexy clothes so this is really like just a beautiful country. We do not care about black or white, ethnic or any kind of racism. I forgot to tell you one thing, during the making of my album, I was going out with a gorgeous American lady and we met through a friend of mine over here when she was on holiday and we successfully managed to be together more than 4 years. She was from Minnesota but she lives in California, works as an architect. I spent time in California and she came over here. We met in the UK and in the end it just did not work. Not because we were too far from each other, it was because I never thought I could marry her, you know sometimes there is not that chemistry, so I told her the truth. And now, I am seeing someone that is why I said to you I will be very open with every single thing. However, at the moment, I am not very happy, I do not know where this will lead but I just want you to know that I do not want to play with you. And since 3 years I have been managing a jazz guitarist whom we travel the whole world. We started playing in jazz festivals in Kansas City, New York, Manhattan, Washington, Germany, Turkey and this year we will be travelling to Germany, England and have lots of workshops in Turkey. We are also working on his next album which will be released at the end of 2008.
